Outside, the well-kept gardens to front and rear offer superb views down the Tanat Valley, and sunny seating areas to sit and relax, planning the activities for the coming days. The cottage is in a fantastic location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and climbers, and a walk to Rhaeadr Waterfall should not be shirked, as it is the highest single drop waterfall in the UK. For a calmer walk, but equally as stunning, a trail leads from the cottage in the other direction to St Melangell’s Church, one of the remotest churches in Britain.
