When bellies rumble, make the most out of the fully kitted-out kitchen and whip up some yummy meals. Enjoy the tasty food either outside or gather everyone around the dining table together as a family. When the night sky suddenly appears, head to bed and get ready for some rest. Let the kids share their holiday excitement in the twin room as you drift into dreamland in the king bedroom. Start the day off right with a bath for a perfect refresh. For any essentials, a shop is a short drive away, as well as a pub for a drink or a meal. In Dolgellau, you will find the stunning Cader Idris mountain range. Take the family on an idyllic group walk through the wonderful scenery or have a cycle through the mesmerising Mawddach Trail. If the kids are eager to run about, then Dolgellau Park is also available. For a beach day, building sandcastles with one another, Barmouth is a short drive away. Try your hand at some kite surfing or see who can win the most toys at Allday's Amusements. Slightly further away is the magnificent Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) with plenty to do. Have a majestic mountain hike on Yr Wyddfa or be in awe at the scenic views at the Shallow Falls. Be sure to get the adrenaline pumping as well with a go at some white-water rafting.
