Perfectly positioned a stone's throw away from the coast of the thriving Lincolnshire town of Mablethorpe, rests this remarkable property, Bank House. This huge home offers spacious accommodation for families and friends who wish to explore the delights of the East coast. The house is located in the ideal picturesque town of Mablethorpe and away from the town overlooking the Beach but still not too far from it to get to supermarkets or for shopping, the houses are sandwiched between a beautiful sandy beach and a calm and serene boating lake that offer great views on both directions, if you step out, the promenade extends in both directions filled with local cafes and entertainment venues all within walking distance from the house. As you step over the threshold you're welcomed by a handy porch way, the perfect place to wipe off your sandy toes after a day at the beach, with plenty of storage space to house your belongings before continuing through the hallway to the rest of the house, the property's traditional character can be seen through the incredible design of the sitting room, featuring a striking exposed stone wall homing a rustic wooden fire surround and stove, given prominent position in the room by the natural lighting flooding through the towering bay windows, the spacious room features two relaxing seating areas, so you can choose to gather around the coffee table to discuss your plans for the days ahead or nestle in on the sofa and let the television do the entertaining.
