Guests will love the surrounding countryside, the Settle to Carlisle railway line running close by and the opportunity to watch the sheep grazing in the adjoining field. With a host of scenic walks from the doorstep, enjoy quiet strolls through meadow lands, down quiet country lanes and for the more experienced, there is of course the famous Three Peaks challenge. A little further down the valley, Skipton, host to the 2014 Tour De France, offers a great day out with its Norman castle, canal trips and award-winning high street.
