Note: The ground floor is on one level with no steps to the front of the property. There is a step at the rear of the property but you can access the garden out the front door and down the side. Note: There are USB ports in all bedside tables. Archstone House accepts 7 nights from Friday, long weekends (3 nights) from Friday, or midweeks (4 nights) from Monday only. There is an 11 pm curfew at this property, after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest to avoid disturbing neighbours. Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests staying at the property when booking. If there is evidence of over-occupancy and it is verified by the owner, all occupants will be asked to leave the property. This impacts the owner’s insurance and breaches the rental agreement. Guests are kindly reminded — in line with the rental agreement — that the property must be left in the same or similar state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. Failure to leave the property in a reasonable state may result in an additional cleaning charge being invoked (minimum charge £150)
