Three-storey. Two second floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size, 1 x king size. Please be advised that the bedding and pillowcase is Egyptian cotton and feathers. The main bathroom has a P-shaped bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen/diner. First-floor sitting room with Juliette balcony and woodburning stove. Extra storage available in a small out house on the far right of the row of the out houses. This can suitable for storing suitcases in. Please check your key collection details for further information.

Electric central and underfloor heating. Range cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine chillier. Wi-Fi, TV with Wi-Fi connection so you can link to your own subscription accounts (e.g Netflix, Apple TV etc) and Bose sound link. Logs, kindling and fire lighters to light the wood burning stove for one night. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 2 cars. En-closed rear garden and open seating area at the front. Lawn area, patio areas and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.3 miles, shop 0.8 miles. Note: Welcome pack and toiletries provided.
