Tucked away in the picturesque village of Lindale in the Lake District National Park is this characterful, semi-detached Georgian house, Portobello. Stylishly presented with high ceilings and period features, this stone-built cottage is set over three floors with spacious living areas and a private courtyard, ideal for a group of friends or family of six. Find an off-road parking space upon arrival to make yourself at home with ease. Be welcomed into the sitting room, decked with artwork, three plush sofas and a Smart TV, with the warmth of the electric flame effect fire for added ambiance. Step through into the dining room to gather the family together for hearty meals by the gas stove after the day's adventures; cook books are provided in the book shelf for budding chefs to try something new! Whilst cooking in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, complete with a range cooker, dishwasher and a breakfast table to keep the chef company, you'll feel the warmth of underfloor heating on the porcelain tiles. A handy utility is just next door to keep boots, coats and quickly wash walking gear in the washer/dryer ready for a new day! The back door also leads to the garden with a courtyard and outdoor seating to sip a cold glass of wine on warmer nights. Climb the stairs to the first floor where three wonderfully presented bedrooms await sleepy heads; a super-king-size zip/link hosts an en-suite shower room, alongside a king and a twin, all with high ceilings and charming décor.
