This delightful retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a serene escape amidst stunning natural beauty, with off-road parking for two cars and accommodation for two well-behaved dogs. Inside your new single-storey abode, you will be greeted by the sitting room, boasting a Smart TV and an electric fire, perfect for those snug nights in. Here, you can curl up on the plush sofa and lose yourself in a good book or a favourite film. The heart of the home is the kitchen, fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining room, complete with seating for four, where you can gather to enjoy your culinary creations and plan the day's adventures. When sleeps starts to call, make your way to the well-appointed bedrooms that include a spacious king-size bedroom and a twin room, both offering a tranquil space to rest after a day of exploration. The bathroom is well-appointed with a bath for leisurely soaks, and a walk-in shower for a quick morning rinse. Outside, you will find an enclosed front patio with furniture, a great spot for a morning coffee with a view. To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed lawn with furniture, providing a safe space for your four-legged friends to play, or for you to soak up the sun on warmer days. After settling into your retreat, venture out into the bustling surroundings to uncover the numerous attractions this area has to offer. No visit to Whitehaven would be complete without a trip to The Beacon Museum, offering thought-provoking exhibitions that trace over 4,000 years of Whitehaven’s transformation from sleepy fishing village to prosperous port. Within walking distance is The Rum Story, where you can discover the fascinating history of the rum trade; remember to pop into Jefferson's Shop for rum-themed souvenirs, before heading to the nearby Zest Harbourside for a tasty meal amidst waterfront views.
