The property
The Badger's Shack is a marvellous, detached lodge near Garnett Bridge, enjoying spectacular scenery, including those of the Cumbrian fells. The fantastic property is ideal for two couples or a family of four, with ground-floor accommodation and open-plan living and is only a short distance from the Lake District's best attractions. After parking in one of the two convenient off-road spots, head inside to find a stylishly decorated open-plan living room, where you can snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and warming woodburning stove. When you're hungry, proceed to the kitchen, a well-equipped place with everything you need to prepare excellent, homecooked meals. These meals can be served at the adjacent dining table as you catch up on the day's events. When the sun goes down, make your way to one of the two magnificent king-size bedrooms, the first of which is accompanied by an en-suite shower room and the other enjoying an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath and exposed stonework. Wander out to the patio which overlooks the eastern Kentmere fells and Ulgraves, the local mountain, where a barbecue awaits, to take in the breath-taking views first-hand.
