This is a lovely mostly first floor annexe, attached to a Grade II listed detached house, in the village of Edenhall in Cumbria. This delightful annexe is set in superb countryside and offers an ideal retreat for two. The perfect base for discovering all the delights of the Eden Valley and the Northern Lakes. From the front door, take the stairs up to the first floor open plan living space which has character beams, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a comfortable seating area and a king-size double bed, plus there's a separate ground floor shower room. Outside this delightful cottage there is a small courtyard garden where you can relax with a refreshing drink, after a day spent walking in the beautiful local countryside. The surrounding area provides an array of interesting walks, excellent cycling and good touring opportunities. The market town of Penrith has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a swimming pool and cinema, and further afield is the Lake District National Park.
