Cinderbarrow Cottage has two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor, whilst downstairs there’s a spacious sitting room with dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a vestibule area – perfect for storing all your walking clobber. Outside, there is a large garden area with lawn and a patio approached by steps. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking or cycling and the nature reserves of Leighton Moss and Foulshaw Moss will give added interest no matter what the weather holds! The bustling lakeside town of Bowness-on-Windermere is just 20 minutes away where you can find a colourful mix of shops and restaurants, and of course, you can hop on board the Windermere Steamer to cruise up the lake to Ambleside with the stunning Lake District fells on either side. In the market town of Kendal there is the Brewery Arts Centre together with charming ginnels and alleyways to explore. This super cottage will make a great base at any time of the year.
