A welcoming open plan lounge / dining room offers comfortable social space around a cosy fireplace. A few steps lead to a ground floor king size bedroom with the convenience of a shower room across the hall. Head to the first floor for a spacious second king size bedroom and third smaller double bedroom, which is suitable for one person. The bedrooms are complemented by a luxurious bathroom complete with spa bath and underfloor heating.
From the living area, patio doors provide access onto a delightful balcony overlooking a pretty garden. Relax in the garden listening to the peaceful sounds of the nearby Stock Ghyll Waterfall.
