A stable conversion cottage set in beautiful countryside, but only 2 miles from the Victorian seaside resort of Ryde. Many interesting shops and restaurants and sandy beach close by. Sandown 7 miles.

All ground floor. Two king-size double bedrooms with patio doors (1 zip/link, can be 2'6" twin beds on request). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared external utility.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine in external utility, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Two travel cots, highchair, booster highchair and z bed shared between two other properties, available on a first come, first served basis. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture, shared use of lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, restaurants and cafés 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Beach 2.5 miles.
