Once breakfast, lunch or dinner is ready, settle down at the dining table to relish in some much needed catch-up time with your loved ones. Relax and unwind into your evening by getting cosy on the sofa and flicking on the electric fire for an extra bit of warmth during the cooler months, and the Smart TV for the evening’s entertainment. Once the family favourite film has finished, catch your rest within one of the two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to three people and served by a wet room. To the outside, the property benefits from a south and west facing patio area, ensuring that you get the best of the sun throughout the day, and table and chairs offer an alternative space for dining. Guests are welcome to make use of the large communal lawn area, a perfect spot for lunching or younger guests to play, or take a short stroll to the nearby nature reserve for some bird-watching. Venture into the village of Seaview to enjoy the extensive views across the sea and Solent, where you will also find highly regarded places to eat, from fine dining restaurants, quaint cafés and gastro pubs, as well as a shop for picking up the essentials. During the summer months, head to the beach of Springvale for some panoramic sea views and you will also find Puckpool Park, home to tennis courts, mini-golf and a children’s play area. If you are feeling more active, head to Seagrove beach, which has glorious sands and is popular for swimming and other watersport activities. Alternatively, travel to the nearby seaside town of Ryde, where you will be spoilt for choice by the selection of boutique shops, museums and galleries for you to explore. Walk along the esplanade for some great family entertainment, home to a fun-fair, Superbowl and LaserQuest, or continue along the seafront to Ryde’s beaches for laze on the sands. Other attractions within the local area includes the National Trust-owned St Helens Duver, Goodleaf Tree Climbing and the Isle of Wight Steam Railway.
