This stunning annex has been renovated into a stylish holiday home and is attached alongside the owner's home in the village of Chidham (ANOB – Area of natural beauty) near Chichester. There are numerous scenic coastal walks offering an array of wildlife within a five minute walk of the Annex. Being based in a rural part of West Sussex, with all of the country, city and coastal surroundings nearby, this home is perfect for friends or family looking for a versatile getaway with lots to do, or even a couple looking for a loving retreat. Upon arrival you'll enter through a large wooden gate allowing the property to have its own privacy with seating areas at the front of the annex. After parking up on the private driveway, the picturesque annex will greet you with open arms, and stepping through the sliding doors you will be welcomed by a modern kitchen and dining area that has been fitted to a high-standard, perfect for you to put your cooking skills to the test.
