Offering quaint, all-ground-floor accommodation for four, this property is ideal for a family or small group wanting to enjoy the best of Scotland's coast and countryside, with both the coast and Galloway Forest Park in easy reach. Pulling up to the property, you will find ample off-road parking and a picturesque white painted property with pretty lawn and furniture for dining outside or just enjoying your lovely surroundings. Head inside and discover a cosy living/dining room with a relaxing sofa and armchair to sink into, while the open coal fire fills the room with warmth and you enjoy catching up on your favourite shows on the Freeview TV, while the dining table has seating for four and is the ideal spot for enjoying meals together and making plans for your stay. The compact kitchen has all of the appliances and amenities you will need during your self-catered stay; enjoy creating delicious meals whilst enjoying your rural surroundings from the window. The property has two bedrooms,a double and a twin, all elegantly styled and spacious, offering plenty of storage and with lovely white painted wooden floorboards. These rooms are served by the family bathroom, with a walk-in shower, so you can start each day with a quick and refreshing rinse. Outside, the garage offers secure storage for bikes, as well as a host of children's games, including swingball, while the rear garden features an impressive wood-fired hot tub, sure to add a luxurious touch to your stay; sink into the warm water and admire your beautiful setting. The garden area of the property is enclosed with a short stone wall, separating it from the surrounding fields, which are inhabited by many animals, including Shetland ponies.
