Plus two sofa beds in the living room (one small double, one double), which sleeps an extra three guests. Bathroom with roll-top, claw-foot bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Second-floor bathroom with shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, pod coffee machine. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining room seating 12.
