The National Sailing Academy is slightly further along Chesil Beach, while intrepid coastal explorers can venture out to Lulworth Cove in the opposite direction and discover its famous 'Fossil Forest'. Don’t forget the energetic walk to Durdle Door – a much loved Dorset site and one of the most photographed landmarks in the region, a must-visit.
