SubLyme is a beautifully styled and presented family home located in the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. Perfect for families or friends, this contemporary three-bedroom property is only a short walk from the beach and the town centre, offering a wide range of places to eat out, making it perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy a seaside holiday in this popular location on the UNESCO Jurassic Coast. Designed with comfort in mind, the house has a bright interior complemented by the many personal touches which provide warm and welcoming accommodation. The stylish kitchen is a well-equipped and sociable space, perfect for creating memorable mealtimes which can be enjoyed around the dining table. When the weather allows, step out to the patio, a south-facing seating area which extends this wonderful living space and provides the perfect location for alfresco dining or simply sitting with a glass of something chilled. The inviting lounge is a great place to sit back and relax after a day spent on the beach. When it’s time for bed, stairs from the dining room lead to the bedrooms located on the first floor. The main bedroom is a spacious king-size room with an en-suite shower room and enjoys views over the town towards the sea. The other two bedrooms, a super king bedroom with zip/link beds and a bunk bedroom, with a triple bunk bed, offer flexible sleeping options, making this a great choice for families. The family shower room, with a walk-in shower, is another stylish room and perfect for freshening up for the day ahead. A leisurely downhill walk takes you into Lyme Regis with its iconic Cobb Harbour and sandy beach, which is popular with beach goers and water enthusiasts alike. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice with the town boasting a fantastic selection of eateries, including friendly pubs, bistros and award-winning restaurants, many specialising in local produce and seafood. An area popular with walkers, the South West Coastal Footpath offers some fantastic walking opportunities, taking in many coastal villages and rewarding with stunning coastal views along the Jurassic Coast. Renowned for its fossil-rich coastline, head to Charmouth with its Heritage Coast Centre where you can learn about the area's rich geology and get up close to Attenborough’s Sea Dragon or join one of the guided fossil walks to try your hand at finding your very own ammonites.
