Located in the seaside resort of Swanage in Dorset, is this lovely three-bedroom house, Lobster Lookout. Enjoying a fabulous location just moments away from Swanage’s beautiful beach and set within the Dorset AONB, Lobster Lookout is a fantastic dog-friendly dwelling for group or family of six’s escape to Dorset. Off-road parking for up to three cars will greet you on arrival so you can unload your bags with ease. Step into the light and airy open-plan living space, where you can rustle up delicious meals for your loved ones, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six or alfresco out in the rear garden. After dinner, why not relax on the sun loungers with a good book or your favourite tipple as you soak up the sunshine? As the evening cools, retire to the sitting room where you can curl up on the plush seating and enjoy a family film night on the TV. Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom/utility, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can indulge in a relaxing soak in the bath or wash off sandy toes under the overhead shower. When sleep calls, choose from three beautifully decorated double bedrooms to catch your rest in.
