Conjure up a hearty feast in the kitchen for the group to enjoy around the dining table. The historic character of the property has been retained and includes floor to ceiling windows with wrought iron balustrading and high ceilings which add to the feeling of light and space. Head to the bedroom to catch up on your sleep, housing a double bed. The bathroom has a small bath with a hand held shower to freshen up after a day of exploring.

The amenities of Lyme Regis are literally on your doorstep, with a host of pubs, restaurants and cafés from which to take your pick, plus attractions just as the two museums, Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and Lyme Regis Museum, only a short walk from the property. Spend time on the sandy beach and head for a stroll around the Cobb harbour, which has famously been used in several movies. Nearby lies Charmouth, an unspoilt seaside village set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a beach that is perfect for fossil hunting! Keen walkers will be drawn to the South West Coast Path as they look out for the Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast which affords some amazing coastal views. Also worth adding to your itinerary are the towns of Bridport, Axminster, Weymouth and Branscombe, boasting their own character, charm and number of attractions; the Axe Valley Wildlife Park and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary are not to be missed!
