16 Church Street is a bright and spacious ground-floor apartment, situated in the heart of Lyme Regis close to the shops and restaurants and just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront and beaches. The property has been modernised and is presented to a high standard throughout and is ideal for couples or small families looking for a great central location to enjoy a seaside holiday at any time of the year.

The open plan living area is an inviting space and the perfect spot to unwind after a day spent exploring the area. The galley kitchen at the rear of the apartment is extremely well equipped and it will be a delight to conjure up an evening meal or a tasty breakfast. In an area renowned for fossils, why not try your hand at fossil hunting on the beaches or learn about the history at the town museum. Other popular attractions include the Marine Theatre, home to live music and comedy, the performing arts, films and theatrical productions throughout the year.
