A flight of steps lead down to the entrance and first floor landing where you will find 4 large bedrooms each boasting fabulous views. The front two rooms enjoy access to the upper balcony, one with a lavish en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom serves the other bedrooms and a spiral staircase leads down to middle floor and main living area with wall to ceiling windows and doors that span the width of the room and lead onto the balcony to the front. A great family room with dining table, pool table and comfortable seating area. A separate snug is equipped with a whole host of different games including a roulette wheel and blackjack tables for casino nights in! A spacious kitchen is equipped to cater for large parties and is furnished with a dining table for morning breakfasts and lunches on the go! On the lower ground floor you will find even more to keep the family occupied on rainy days including arcade games and a separate swimming pool with poolside gym, sauna and a table tennis room, all available at an additional cost per week. The two upper levels come with terraces and balconies equipped with patio furniture for alfresco dining and relaxing outside, where you can simply kick back and relax in the best spot along the riverbank and watch the comings and goings of the river traffic. Meander into town and soak up the café culture, your choice of restaurants range from fine dining to award winning fish and chips best enjoyed on the promenade overlooking the river! Take time to enjoy the art galleries, boutiques and the history of this beautiful town, and an evening walk along the riverbank will take you to Dartmouth castle. For days out on the beach, head along the coast to Blackpool Sands, a beautiful sheltered bay with a great beach café and watersports tuition and hire. A round of golf can be enjoyed at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club and for family days a trip to Woodlands will keep little ones entertained. Four bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with TV and jack and jill entrance to family bathroom. 1 x double with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, bidet and WC. 1 double and a smaller 4ft double with TV and vanity basin. 1 double and 1 single bed with TV. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC (this is the previously mentioned Jack and Jill bathroom). Pool room changing room, shower, basin and WC - (only available with pool facilities). Kitchen with dining area. First floor utility room. Sitting room with dining area and pool table. Snug room. Lower ground floor lobby with arcade games. Lower ground floor swimming pool and some poolside gym equipment, sauna, changing rooms and table tennis room.

All children must be supervised on balconies and pool area. Note: May not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Note: Swimming pool area facilities attract an additional cost payable directly to the owner £675 for 2025 and £700 for 2026(subject to change).(Please note - the pool price is the year the holiday takes place, not booked). Note: The pool is filtered under pressure through a large sand filter to maintain crystal clarity of the water and so there maybe tiny collections of sand on bottom of pool from time to time.
