Upon entering Otters Leap, you will be greeted by a spacious super-king-size bedroom, which can be converted into a twin room on request, offering flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom, complete with an elegant en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, providing a private haven for guests.

The ground floor also houses a sleek bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring the Devonshire coast.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the kitchen/diner, where you can prepare delicious meals using the array of appliances at your disposal, before gathering at the dining table to enjoy a family feast. This contemporary space adds an air of opulence and features bi-fold doors opening up onto the patio.

Venture up to the first floor to discover an inviting sitting room, complete with a TV and table football, providing entertainment for all ages. This space is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures, offering a pleasant spot to relax and plan the next day's activities.
