The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up tasty meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table before relaxing on the comfortable sofas to take in a family favourite on the Smart TV. If you prefer to make the most of your surroundings, why not move to the charming outdoor patio area to relish a spot of alfresco dining?
As the evening draws to a close, choose from one of three neatly-presented king-size bedrooms, with one being serviced by its very own en-suite shower room and the others being serviced by a well fitted bathroom.

The cottage sits within the owners extensive grounds which include a well plenished vegetable garden and seating area with feature pond. By arrangement with the owners, guests may be permitted to access these areas and wander through the adjoining fields to meet and feed the alpacas.

If you fancy exploring your surroundings, a short drive will take you into nearby Lyme Regis where you can dine in style at the seafood restaurant The Oyster and Fish house, before settling down for a drink in The Royal Standard, located on the Lyme Regis beachfront. If you fancy a relaxing stroll after dinner, amble along Lyme Regis seafront or the iconic Cobb harbour and soak in the stunning and far-reaching views across the coastline as the sun sets in the distance. Close by, discover Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium, Lyme Regis Museum, and the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, with something to please guests of all ages.
Further afield, a trip to nearby Abbotsbury with its sub-tropical gardens is a great day out or visit the picturesque fishing village of Beer taking in the pretty beach with its backdrop of limestone cliffs. Amble along the coast on one of the many footpaths including the South West coastal footpath or Golden Cap and admire the magnificent vistas.

Please note, to maintain the high standard of your holiday experience, Ware Barn Cottage sleeps a strict maximum of 6 guests, plus one infant under two in guests own cot.
