Situated just a five-minute walk away from Salcombe’s famous waterside, beaches, restaurants and boutique shops, 2 Channel View is a three-storey holiday home that benefits from stunning panoramic views over the estuary and out to sea from each of the bedrooms, the lounge and the terrace.
The property is accessed up a steep flight of stone steps (42) from the shared driveway to the front door. Once inside, from the entrance lobby is the main open plan living accommodation and a small cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin. The comfortable lounge has two double sofas, occasional furniture and a Smart TV. The dining area towards the rear has a large table seating six. Towards the front of the lounge is a light and airy sunroom with conservatory style furniture, with large double doors that open out on to the spacious terrace with stunning estuary views.
