A beautiful, 19th Century terraced cottage, enjoying stunning views of the main anchorage towards Snapes Point and South Pool Creek beyond.

Boasting a bright and comfortable interior, the property also has an outside decked terrace from which you can relax and take in the views. Situated in the heart of Salcombe town, with immediate access to the quayside, boutique shops, and restaurants, it’s perfect for those who want a cosy retreat in the hub of the town.

On the ground floor is the living room, which is a light and comfortably furnished room, with feature stone fireplace and unit. French doors lead to a modern terrace surrounded by glass balustrades, perfect for admiring the view, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. The combined kitchen/dining area is well equipped (including gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), with a dining table seating four. The property has two bedrooms, both of which are on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom is a double en suite, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room. All bedding, linen and towels provided.
