There is a separate shower room on the first floor with a power shower. A cloakroom is located on the ground with a w.c and wash basin.

On the ground floor, doors from the dining area open up into a fantastic garden, with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, which enjoy the view over Salcombe’s estuary. There are two parking spaces for this property, one in front of the other, at the property.
