Lake View is in the Cornish village of Millbrook; a sleepy spot in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where bird watchers may spot kingfishers on the lake just 500 yards from the property. There is a a pub and convenience store but the real attraction is the wonderful countryside and water based activities nearby. Surrounded by water on three sides, Millbrook looks across the Tamar to Plymouth which can be reached by car ferry from nearby Torpoint or on the passenger ferry from the Cremyll Quay.
