To the rear of the house, accessed from the sitting area is a terrace with table and chairs which is a sun trap in the evenings, the perfect spot for a barbecue or a few G&T's at sunset. Lake View is in the Cornish village of Millbrook; a sleepy spot in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where bird watchers may spot kingfishers on the lake just 500 yards from the property.
