Armada Cottage is a traditional 19th century terraced town cottage, just a short stroll away from the heart of Dartmouth, with its boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants and waterfront. The property is reached via a flight of steps from South Ford Road. The comfortable living space features two sofas and a woodburning stove, perfect for cosying up on cooler evenings, with a set of double doors leading to a spacious patio area furnished with a table, chairs and a garden bench, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining in the summer sun.

At the rear of the living area is a dining table seating five guests.

Upstairs you will find two well presented bedrooms; a master bedroom with a King-size bed and a twin bedroom.

On the ground floor is a shower room with a large walk-in shower, whilst on the first floor is a further shower room with a walk in shower.

With a number of attractions within walking distance, such as Dartmouth Castle and museums, this is a great location for a couple or family. Take a boat up the River Dart to the quirky town of Totnes or village of Dittisham, or ride the Dart Valley Steam Railway from across the estuary at Kingswear. Alternatively, visit the stunning Start Bay coastline, just a short drive away, including the Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands beach.

An annual car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (a 5 minute walk away, subject to availability).Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Note: Please note that access via South Ford Road is narrow with a 6' width restriction in place. Armada Cottage is close to the junction with Victoria Road. When approached from this direction, within a short walk of the property, there is a wide area to pull up and unload.
