Here, you will find all the essentials, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, as well as a kettle and toaster for your morning brew and toast. The property hosts three well-presented bedrooms, comprising one double and two twins, all designed with restful nights in mind. A family bathroom serves these rooms, fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, offering a choice of how to prepare for your day. Completing the interior of this charming bungalow is a handy cloakroom with a basin and WC, providing additional convenience during your stay. Shop 0.5 miles, river 0.9 miles. Note: There will be no facilities open onsite between 24/12/26 - 03/01/27 (swimming pool, launderette). Note: The décor may differ slightly to the one photographed, however all advertised facilities will be provided. Note: Guests have access to a games room, children's play area, indoor pool, woodland walks, 2 x fishing lakes, gym, tennis courts, restaurant, laundrette. Note: The park and facilities on offer have limited times and some facilities need to be booked in advance at reception. Note: Some facilities are 18+ only. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties. Note: The site is accessed via a single track and up a slight hill. Note: No bikes, scooters and skateboards are permitted on-site.
