Once two holiday homes, the owner has taken the charming little coach house, perfect for any type of getaway. Be welcomed into an open-plan living space where you can spend your evening keeping up to date with all your favourite shows or enjoying a peaceful evening of reading on the corner sofa. Here, you will find a well-equipped kitchen hosting all the necessary appliances for some home-cooking and a well-deserved glass of wine after a long adventurous day. Once the evening draws to a close, you have a cosy double bedroom to get some much needed rest. The bedroom has a range of furnishings, which complement the light decor, and offer an abundance of space to store your personal items. Discover the first floor bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath for two, shower over bath, please use with care as is in Jacuzzi bath bath mat will be provided. Outside, you can dine alfresco during the warmer months in the rear gravelled area and enjoy watching the sun set across the horizon. Set in the heart of Combe Martin, you are within a short stroll of a number of pubs and restaurants; enjoy sampling some local cuisine at The Dolphin Inn Bar & Bistro and Doom Bar. During the summer months, make sure you take a trip towards Combe Martin Beaches where you can get involved in an abundance of watersporting opportunities; or if you're looking for a quieter place, Wild Pear Beach is the perfect choice. Venture towards Combe Martin Museum for a spot of culture and displays detailing the village's rich history and heritage. If you're looking for something a little more adventurous, visit the Hangman cliffs where keen hikers can explore this vast and beautiful landscape with many views across the coast, with trails leading further into the Exmoor National Park. The coastal towns of Ilfracombe and Lynton are within easy reach and offer a wide-range of attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
