Smart, modern interiors and soft seaside colours give the open-plan living area a light and welcoming feel with plenty of room to relax on two sofas (one a double sofa bed) before or after exploring the nearby beaches or coastal path. Home-cooked meals are a breeze any time of year in the well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer as well as handy dishwasher and washing machine - you’ll then have the choice of inside or outside dining with long views out towards Plymouth Sound and a distant peek of the Breakwater. In warmer months, the terrace makes an idyllic spot for al fresco meals or lazy afternoons and a barbecue.
