On the lower ground floor, a tranquil super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin) opens onto a private balcony with glimpses of the estuary, and features its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, ideal for catching your night's sleep. The first-floor sitting room is a true highlight, a large, welcoming space with ample seating, a Smart TV, and a selection of DVDs and games for quiet evenings in. Step through the French doors onto the expansive balcony, where a dining table invites you to enjoy meals or drinks while taking in spectacular panoramic views of the Fowey Estuary, with boats gently drifting by. The second floor offers two further bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, each styled with comfort and tradition in mind. A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves these rooms.
