Downstairs on the ground floor is where you will find three bedrooms for you and the children. Two splendidly presented twin rooms are accompanied by a double four-poster room with a delightful quality finish, pine furniture and double doors. The bathroom and shower room complement each other in a refreshing whitewash, and the cloakroom is a handy addition to the cottage. During the summer months you can enjoy the benefits of the shared outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off from the sun or for some leisurely exercise. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (bath and hand towels provided, not bath sheets), please bring your own towels for the beach, pool and hot tub. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off-road parking. Hot tub. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Two well-behaved dogs welcome - no cats. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening.
