This comfortable holiday home sleeps thirteen guests across six well-proportioned bedrooms, including ground-floor accommodation for accessibility and convenience. The property combines traditional charm with modern conveniences: oil-fired underfloor heating, a double-sided woodburning stove, a gas fire and WiFi keep everyone cosy and connected. Bed linen, towels and a starter pack of fuel and power for the stove are included in the rent, making SeaShells ideal for multi-generational gatherings and extended family holidays.

SeaShells offers six bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower, three ground-floor doubles, a family room (double plus single) and an upstairs king-size with en-suite. There’s a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower, plus a cloakroom for convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner features a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The double-sided woodburning stove links the kitchen and sitting room, while an additional sitting room benefits from a gas fire — perfect for relaxing evenings after exploring the coast.

SeaShells has ample off-road parking, a rear garden with lawn, patio furniture and a barbecue for alfresco dining. One well-behaved pet was previously allowed but note the current no-pets policy applies from 28/05/2021 onward. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Castlerock is a superb base for outdoor pursuits. Walks along sweeping sand dunes and the nearby beach (0.7 miles) are popular for families and dog walkers. Golfers will find top courses in the local area, while anglers and surfers can enjoy the Atlantic coastline. The village has a welcoming pub and a shop within 0.6 miles for essentials and local tips.
