The property

Comfortably furnished throughout, with flagstone floors and an open plan living area, this barn has been thoughtfully converted to now offer a real home-from-home farm holiday experience. The 97-acre farm, a haven for wildlife, has been in the same family for five generations. There are also sheep and hens on site too, you can seasonally feed the calves and lambs, or treat yourselves to a fresh egg for your breakfast! The surrounding local area offers peaceful walks through gently undulating countryside and quaint villages dating back before the Domesday Book. Within a short drive you can experience fly fishing or just take a picnic to the scenic Chew Valley Lakes, marvel at the picturesque Cheddar Gorge, or explore the impressive by-ways across the Mendip Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
