Bourton-on-the-Water's centre is just a five minute walk away, it is a bustling village with over 100 buildings listed at at least Grade II. It is home to a Model Village, a motor museum as well as lovely parks and gardens. Further afield of Bourton there are a variety of small traditional, beautiful villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Norton. They all offer pleasant little cafes and tearooms and a lot more.
