The Granary

The Granary is a rustic, spacious character cottage set in a peaceful countryside setting within a small cluster of beautifully converted mill buildings. This self-catering cottage is the perfect place to come back to after a busy day par taking in the vast amount of activities nearby. The Granary has its own private enclosed garden and patio area plus ample parking spaces even room for a boat trailer. The cottage sleeps five guests in two very nice bedrooms, perfect for a family. The additional outside shed is great for storing all of your beach paraphernalia and a water tap for washing off sandy toes, wetsuits and the dog. On returning to this tranquil cottage you will find the homely and well-furnished open plan kitchen/sitting room with French doors leading to the garden, handy for those alfresco family dinners and drinks on the warmer days. The main bedroom has comfy double bed whilst the second bedroom has the perfect place for the children to share and dream of fun things in the three single beds. Nestled in between Daymer Bay and Rock you have the choice of beaches and activities to choose from. Be it a relaxed, fun beach day with the children at Daymer’s mellow sand dunes to surf school or body boarding over at Polzeath. The Atlantic coast path runs links the beaches, a nice stroll with the dog would be a great activity to admire the breath taking sea views before returning to your peaceful haven.
