Situated in a wonderful position within the surfer’s haven of Polzeath sits the beautiful Pinewood development of luxurious contemporary seaside homes, including the impressive holiday property Rainer Rocks. This spacious contemporary and stylish bolthole is spread over three floors and accommodates up to eight people, providing a very special retreat on North Cornwall’s coastline.
Finished to an exceptional standard, you will instantly feel relaxed as you enter on the ground floor, where you are met with two of the four bedrooms, including a twin room (ideal for teenagers), with a PS4 and flatscreen TV, and a king-size bedroom, both of which have access to the sunny decking area, and shared use of a wet room – also on this floor is a handy utility.
As you ascend to the first floor, you are immediately wowed by the modern, coastal styling of the spacious open-plan living area, which features an impressive kitchen with island, dining area and sitting area complete with a multi fuel contemporary fire. This light and airy room is flooded with light from full length windows and patio doors leading out to two separate balconies, providing amazing spots to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail, whilst listening to the sea in the distance.
Head upstairs to find the final two bedrooms, comprising of a master en-suite king-size double, and a super king-size double (which can be configured as twin beds*) with use of a separate shower room.
Ideal for families or a group of couples, you can enjoy shared use of two acres of communal grounds with breath-taking beach views, plus you can enjoy the use of a private footpath down to the beach, shops and restaurants of Polzeath, making this a wonderfully located beach retreat.
