This family-friendly abode enjoys fabulous views out over Praa Cove and towards the sea, as well as being just moment’s away from the local amenities, making 3 Praa Cove the perfect dwelling for a family of six plus their two canine companions. Park-up in one of two off-road spaces, before making your way into your new home from home. Upon entering you will find a cloakroom for your convenience. Step into the light and airy open-plan living space, where you can look forward to whipping up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six. On warmer days, why not dine out in the rear enclosed garden where your little ones and pooches can safely play? After dinner, relax on the large corner sofa and enjoy your favourite show on the Smart TV, as the woodburning stove crackles nearby.
