Marazion is one of Cornwall’s most popular holiday resorts, home to the legendary St Michael’s Mount and just a short drive from the historic market town of Penzance. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with 20” TV, 1 x twin (zip and link to 6’ bed on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan sitting room/dining area/kitchen.

Under floor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, TV with Freeview & BT TV, DVD, iPod dock, Bluetooth speaker. Dog bed and dog bowl. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car approx. 20m from the cottage. Enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £20.00 each per week (by arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Side entrance to the property has 3 wide steps leading down with handrails.
