Approach by private lane, happen upon your home-from-home, and enter the stone and slate cottage into the kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, even a handy dishwasher to help with the cleaning up. Steps lead up to the living/dining room where you can dine on your feast at the dining table for two, before settling down on the sofa to watch the Smart TV while the woodburning stove crackles nearby. Take the spiral staircase to the first floor where the double bedroom lies; rest your head on the plush bed, and when you wake freshen up in the en-suite shower room. From here, make your way through the doors to a private balcony, equipped with garden furniture so you can enjoy the far reaching rural views with a glass of wine in hand. From the exterior spiral stairs you can make your way down to the graveled garden area which also has seating. Completing the cottage is the distinctive snug on the lower-ground floor, home to a sofa and an electric fire, perfect for cosying up with a loved one, along with books, games and record player with selection of records to keep you entertained. If you prefer a night away from the kitchen take a walk along country lanes (torch provided is advisable) to Vogue where you will find The Star Inn which boasts good food.
