Settled into Coombe Mill resort, near St Breward with on-site facilities such as a gym, children’s play area, BBQ huts, and games room, Polzeath is the ideal Cornish getaway for a family. Park off-road and make your way through the rows of quaint wooden lodges, shrouded in trees and positioned around a communal grass and play area, to discover Polzeath. Tucked away into this wonderful location, the lodge overlooks a woodland where a stream weaves between the trees, a lovely backdrop for your holiday punctuated by the sound of birds. The lodge has fantastic wood panelled walls and ceilings throughout, as well as all of the home-from-home amenities needed to make your stay a delight. Guests can cook a family meal in the kitchen, serving it at the dining table before reclining in the leather sofas or relaxing on the decking whilst your four-legged companion enjoys the sunshine from the lawn. Child-friendly, with a stairgate, cot and highchair, the lodge also provides a snug on the first-floor where there is a selection of games for children, as well as an indoor play area. Freshen up in either the bathroom or shower room before snuggling up for the night in one of the two bedrooms, a super-king-size and a twin. Younger members will definitely want to get involved in Farmer Emma's Little Helpers Club at Coombe Mill Farm where they can feed the animals and help drive the tractor!
