The property
Seamay is a newly renovated holiday home enjoying a peaceful location, beautiful garden and is a short walk from the rock pools and surf of Polzeath Beach and its seaside village amenities. Seamay comfortably offers accommodation for eight people, an ideal retreat for families, friends, and couples looking to have a relaxing seaside getaway or a base to enjoy surf, sand and sunsets. With driveway parking for two cars and an EV Charger, the private no-through road is a stone’s throw from cafes, shops and surf schools of Polzeath and quick and easy access to The Southwest Coast path. Seamay is also within walking distance of the popular Oyster Catcher pub where you can enjoy classic pub food and a cold local beer. Located on the beach is The Surfside and Rum Bar, great for local surf and turf or a sundowner.

A short drive away is the lively village of Rock, with delicious seafood dining, or from where you hop on the ferry to the renowned foodie destination of Padstow, famous for its charming harbour and selection of restaurants. Just beyond Port Isaac is Port Gaverne, which is great for paddle boarding, coasteering and lunch.
