During the daytime there is plenty on offer in the village of Polzeath, potter to the beach to feel the sand between your toes and to take on the waves on a board, which can be hired at the beach. Alternatively, take a more laid-back approach and feast in the Oyster Catcher Pub or Waterfront Restaurant, both in walking distance from Baywatch Sands. Those with children will enjoy the local watersports offered at Rock beach, reachable via scenic coastal walks or by car.
