Dolphins is a detached house located on a private track in the village of Trebetherick, North Cornwall. With the south west footpath just beyond the garden you can explore the local area on foot. One way will take you to the exciting waves at Polzeath, popular with surfers, while the other direction leads to the calm waters of Daymer Bay, an ideal spot for a refreshing swim. Along the footpath, you’ll also find Greenaway Beach, a sheltered gem only accessible by foot. Further around the coast lies the upmarket town of Rock, known for its long golden sandy beach and as a hub for watersports, including activities offered by the Camel Ski School. From Rock, you can catch a daily pedestrian ferry to the beautiful fishing harbour of Padstow, where you’ll find a vibrant selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs. For those who enjoy exploring on foot or by bike, the Camel Trail offers a scenic route through the Cornish countryside, connecting Wadebridge, Padstow, and Bodmin. The surrounding area is also rich in local charm, with delightful eateries and cafés in Port Isaac, Rock, Padstow, and Wadebridge, perfect for sampling local flavours and relaxing after a day of adventure.
