The property
The Beach House is a one bedroom cottage which sleeps two, on two floors. It is presented in a contemporary style, with a very comfortable high quality finish having been extended and extensively refurbished. The Beach House offers a really comfortable kingsize Hypnos mattress with bedside tables, built in shelving & hanging, tub chair, full length mirror, dressing table with stool and flat screen TV. There is plenty of light with a huge double sized dormer and Velux windows, and blackout curtains and blinds.The Beach House has an enclosed private patio with an outside tap, making it ideal for dog owners or surfers who need to rinse off their surf boards and wet suits. Crantock’s legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage perfect couples and surfers alike.
