Dog owners will be delighted with the 4 acres of enclosed fields to which you will have private use of. With ample private parking right alongside the cottage you enter through the pretty enclosed garden with a BBQ and seating into the open-plan living room with a big comfy sofa, kitchen and a dining area. On the first floor is situated the master bedroom with a TV and balcony overlooking the garden and the family bathroom, then its up a few more stairs to the second floor and a twin bedded room with a TV and zip and link beds that can be made up into a double on request. Approximately 1 mile away is the Crown Inn in the attractive village of Lanlivery. One of the oldest and most popular pubs in Cornwall it is renowned for serving good food and local ales. Further afield the pretty towns of Lostwithiel and Fowey are both a must visit and both within a short drive. A lovely cottage in a beautiful relaxing location.
